ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager is accountable for overseeing all operational facets, ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction, as well as financial success. This role is pivotal in fostering essential customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience.
- OR a 2-year degree accompanied by 2 years of experience in a related domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all brand standards
  • Oversee all departments within the property
  • Maintain necessary licenses and permits
  • Manage financial and accounting operations

Team Development:
