This program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the business from the ground up through our comprehensive Sales Management Training Program, which encompasses extensive field sales and leadership exposure.

Your initial role in the Sales Management Training Program will focus on understanding the essentials of developing and maintaining a thriving Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business while enhancing your skills in selling and promoting our products to a designated group of retailers.

Utilizing sales forecasting tools will be crucial in achieving consistent sales objectives that support business expansion.

This role will challenge both your entrepreneurial spirit and your physical capabilities as you showcase our renowned brands through effective merchandising and promotional displays.

The primary aim of the Sales Management Training Program is to cultivate the next generation of leaders at PepsiCo. Following your field sales experience, you will transition into a leadership role, where you will oversee a team of PepsiCo employees.

You will be responsible for influencing and collaborating with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to fulfill consumer needs within the designated region.

Additionally, you will gain insights into our market entry strategies, which include Direct Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third-Party Logistics.

Engaging with customers to implement sales strategies, manage inventory, build displays, and execute promotional initiatives will be key components of your role.

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
