We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing asset management strategies, capital plans, and data management systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Management Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of asset management strategies, levels of service, and proposed levels of service, risk assessments, and financial strategies.
- Capital Planning: Assist in the development of 10-25 year capital plans and define function requirements and technical standards for new asset management data systems and technologies.
- Project Management: Project manage and implement asset programs, including rehabilitation and replacement planning, inspections, data collection, and analysis.
- Infrastructure Studies: Conduct infrastructure and special studies to determine infrastructure upgrade and replacement needs.
- Data Management: Consolidate data and information from service areas into corporate Asset Management templates and plans.
- Process Development: Develop asset management strategies and system design for asset management programming.
- Quality Assurance: Review asset data information in asset data software and systems for quality assurance and identify improvement areas.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes for data integrity and work closely with corporate stakeholders to develop standardized asset data processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in all aspects of infrastructure asset management services.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist with the preparation of proposals for the provision of asset management services for public and private sector clients.
- Education: A degree in engineering.
- Registration: Eligible for registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
- Certification: Certificate in asset management (IAM, NAMS or PEMAC) preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license.
