Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual French Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments
- Manage data entry into our internal system and extract reports to ensure accurate invoicing
- Collaborate with internal departments, drivers, and customers to provide outstanding customer service
- Assist drivers with preliminary paperwork, including bill of lading, trip envelopes, and border crossing procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
- Bilingual French and English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills, including MS products and ability to learn new software
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Long-term contract opportunity
- Hourly wage of $21
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Contract with possibility of extension
