Job Title: Bilingual French Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual French Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments
  • Manage data entry into our internal system and extract reports to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal departments, drivers, and customers to provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist drivers with preliminary paperwork, including bill of lading, trip envelopes, and border crossing procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
  • Bilingual French and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills, including MS products and ability to learn new software
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
