Administrative Coordinator

At Colas, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, employees, and contractors, you'll be the face of our organization and play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent organizational skills are a must. Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities will include acting as an ambassador to visitors, completing administrative tasks, preparing and distributing correspondence, and assisting with coordination of meetings and events. You'll also be responsible for maintaining common areas, workrooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms, including troubleshooting IT equipment.
