We are in search of a dedicated, experienced, and customer-oriented security professional for the role of Field Support Supervisor - Day or Night (12-hour shifts).

The ideal candidate will primarily oversee and support field personnel. A comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures is essential. Additional operational responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading briefings for special assignments
  • Performing both scheduled and spontaneous site visits and staff evaluations
  • Assisting with alarm responses and conducting building patrols
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and site personnel during emergencies
  • Facilitating follow-up meetings for staff regarding disciplinary matters
  • Providing intervention or support during employee emergencies or injuries
  • Distributing uniforms and other necessary items to field staff
  • Reviewing and auditing reports
  • Undertaking other administrative tasks as directed by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • At least 3 years of experience in the security field
  • Valid BC Security License
  • Certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1
  • Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in phone, email, and report writing
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Tracktik software
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with staff and clients
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Good physical fitness
