Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to our field staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct briefings and training sessions for field staff on special coverage assignments
- Conduct regular site visits and staff assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with alarm response and building patrols to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff
- Liaise with clients and site staff in emergency situations to provide timely and effective support
- Conduct follow-up meetings with staff to address disciplinary issues and provide coaching and guidance
- Deliver uniform and other items to field staff as needed
- Audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed by Fusion Security Management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a security or related field
- At least 3 years of security experience, including experience with alarm response and building patrols
- A valid BC Security License
- Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Tracktik software
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
