Field Security Operations Supervisor

The Field Security Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in directing and overseeing all security staff deployed in various locations, including Security Guards, Concierge personnel, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments of mobile units, ensuring vehicle upkeep and inventory management.
  • Oversee the sign-in and sign-out procedures for security personnel and manage communications during shifts.
  • Review employee tracktik reports, issue necessary warnings, and maintain accurate records in employee profiles.
  • Address incident reports and provide necessary support for emergency situations.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers to facilitate site development and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Basic Security Training License and Class 5 Driver's License

• Clean driving record

• Minimum of 2 years in a Security Supervisory role

• High School diploma or equivalent
