Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Client Care Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service and care.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to ensure efficient and accurate client record management, filing, and reporting.
- Provide training and development opportunities to Client Care Specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care services.
- Assist with various tasks and treatments as required, ensuring the highest level of client and patient care.
- Manage client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Admit and discharge pet patients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client information.
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment processing.
- Schedule appointments and manage client schedules, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a medical office or similar environment, with a strong understanding of client care and administrative processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as required.
