Your Role: Driving Growth Through Partnerships
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Manulife MPP's presence within the dynamic Canadian financial industry. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Strategy: Leverage your expertise and the Manulife MPP brand to drive business growth within the mortgage broker market. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with mortgage brokers through regular communication, presentations, and personalized support.
- Market Knowledge & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs within the mortgage market. Utilize your insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Operational Excellence: Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of all business development activities.
