Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist customers with their shopping needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up and maintaining product displays.
  • Operational Support: Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, administer required paperwork, and log and document transactions.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify high-shrink items, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
