Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A.K. Garg Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
