Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Review and assess new administrative strategies for effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Oversee administrative functions of the organization.
  • Manage policies and procedures related to record release in compliance with government regulations.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the development of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative operations.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations effectively.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures efficiently.
Experience Requirements
