Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations at Watertec Irrigation LTD. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Supervise and manage the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Propose or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties when necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work week of 40 hours. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
