Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Transparent Cleaning Services Ltd. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- 1 Year to Less than 2 Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.

- Offers On-the-Job Training: We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Offers Mentorship and Coaching: We offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for youth.
- Participates in Government or Community Programs: We participate in government or community programs that support Veterans.
- Offers Mentorship and Coaching: We offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for Veterans.
- Provides Awareness Training: We provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Participates in Government or Community Programs: We participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
- Offers Mentorship and Coaching: We offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Develops Relationships with Indigenous Communities: We develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

- Applies Hiring Policies: We apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
