We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Major Accounts to enhance our dynamic team.

In the role of Senior Sales Executive, you will represent Konica Minolta Business Solutions with professionalism and integrity within the commercial sector of your designated area. You will be tasked with a portfolio of key accounts aimed at fostering enduring partnerships and achieving your quarterly sales objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the growth and maintenance of commercial print revenue in your territory.

Responsibilities

Your Key Contributions:

  • Develop a strategic business plan that outlines the necessary activities to meet goals in your assigned region.
  • Generate and nurture new Wide Format business opportunities within established customer accounts.
  • Achieve targets for new Wide Format revenue and unit sales.
  • Support company goals for profitable wide format sales and service revenue, alongside customer retention and growth initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a list of potential buyers in your geographical area and identify closeable opportunities through relationship building with all accounts, including key decision-makers.
  • Engage with existing Konica Minolta clients to cultivate relationships that can advocate for our services, ensuring prompt follow-up on all sales leads.
  • Draft clear and concise sales proposals and responses to tenders, positioning Konica Minolta as the standard for future account bids.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Konica Minolta products and competitor offerings, ready to demonstrate all current products.
  • Represent Konica Minolta with integrity, ensuring all sales transaction details are accurately recorded and understood by both parties to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Maintain regular contact with current clients to identify potential upgrades and conduct semi-annual "Account Reviews".
  • Keep an updated database of current and competitive accounts for effective follow-up on sales prospects.
Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales; prior industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of PC and network concepts, applying these skills to deliver printing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to proactively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Commitment to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • A degree in Business is a plus.
