Design Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Sales Representative to join our team at Umbra. As a Design Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities- Sales: Utilize your passion for the selling process to drive sales and achieve company targets. Provide expert knowledge on Umbra products and share the brand's story and inspiration behind each design.
- Customer Service: Exemplify the company's vision and core values through exceptional customer care. Demonstrate a positive, friendly, honest, respectful, and professional demeanor to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Store Operations: Perform various responsibilities including receiving and merchandising, which may involve lifting heavy boxes. Ensure enhanced customer service by following up with customers on their orders and inspecting the hold room. Maintain a clean and organized store by adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Foster collaboration and cultivate effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Communication: Excel in active listening and confidently present information while effectively addressing inquiries.
- Suggested Education: Possessing a post-secondary degree and/or diploma in retail, graphic, or industrial design would be advantageous.
- Preferred Experience: Proven sales ability in a retail environment (housewares and quality giftware) and an interest or background in fashion. High energy and an outgoing personality with a strong customer service and sales focus are critical.
