Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Umbra products and their features.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value and benefits of Umbra products to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Perform various store operations tasks, including receiving and merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Proven sales ability in a retail environment, with a strong passion for customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or diploma in retail, graphic, or industrial design an asset.
