About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Pandora. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our brand values and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain a high-performance selling environment, exceeding commercial targets and KPI expectations.
  • Team Development: Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering a sense of accountability and empowering them to achieve their KPI goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Results-Oriented Seller: Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Communication Skills: Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Possess sharp business acumen, coupled with analytical thinking, to deliver positive results.
  • Time Management: Master time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
