About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Design Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand's story and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Utilize your passion for sales and product knowledge to drive sales and achieve company targets.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Store Operations: Perform various responsibilities, including receiving and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to our brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Relationship Building: Foster collaboration and cultivate effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Communication: Excel in active listening and confidently present information while addressing inquiries.
  • Suggested Education: Possessing a post-secondary degree and/or diploma in retail, graphic, or industrial design would be advantageous.
  • Preferred Experience: Proven sales ability in a retail environment, with an interest or background in fashion, high energy, and an outgoing personality with a strong customer service and sales focus.
