Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including changing bed linens and cleaning equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
