Job Summary:

Leaf Home is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exterior Sales Representative to join our team. As an Exterior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team by covering assigned territories and meeting with prospective customers to introduce our product offerings and gather their information for product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships through door-to-door sales and marketing efforts.
  • Cover assigned territories during scheduled shifts to meet with prospective customers and promote Leaf Home products.
  • Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
  • Report daily results to field management and provide timely and empathetic service to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including working overtime on evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Ability to work outside in varying climates and temperatures.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service to customers.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous door-to-door canvassing experience.
  • Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.

Work Environment:

  • Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
  • Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
