  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Business Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on repetitive tasks and efficient workflow.
  • Government Programs: Recognize and promote government programs that benefit our employees and customers.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
