Erweitern Sie Ihre Fachkenntnisse und verstärken Sie unser Team als Global Analytical Strategy & Operations (m/w/d) – Spezialist für Outsourcing (unbefristet / Vollzeit).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den fristgerechten globalen Versand analytischer Proben.
  • Koordination des Wareneingangs analytischer Proben sowie deren Bewertung und Lagerung.
  • Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams und Kooperation mit internen sowie externen Partnern.
  • Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Dienstleistern und Vertretung der Interessen von Allergan bei ausgelagerten Entwicklungsprojekten.
  • Koordination analytischer Entwicklungsarbeiten, die an Dienstleister vergeben werden.
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verträgen.
  • Planung, Terminierung und Überwachung der Aktivitäten innerhalb der vorgegebenen Projektzeitlinien in Abstimmung mit Projektgruppen und Dienstleistern.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bewertung bestehender Dienstleister sowie der Identifikation und Qualifizierung neuer externer Partner.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Ablage GMP-konformer Dokumente sowie Überprüfung der analytischen Daten der Dienstleister.
  • Priorisierung von Arbeitspaketen und Vorantreiben standardisierter, GMP-konformer und effektiver Outsourcing-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Einhaltung des Budgetrahmens für die betreuten Projekte.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Medizin oder verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen, Promotion oder Master mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität.
  • Ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in internationalen Teams.
