Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Operations Analyst to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data, focusing on route performance, demand forecasts, and transportation expenses to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain models and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including commercial, logistics, and operations.
  • Monitor performance and conduct evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management, emphasizing key insights and proposing solutions for supply chain enhancement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a comparable analytical role within supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems, MRP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and dashboard creation is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-office work five days a week.
