Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Kohltech, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our dealers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth. Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment will be essential in fostering strong relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their business needs and providing expert product solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, promoting the Quality and Service of the Kohltech brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving product lines and industry trends to provide informed solutions.
- Proactively resolve customer-related issues and provide professional support.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to meet company objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum one year's experience in a professional setting, with a focus on building client relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software.
- Exposure to carpentry and/or building supplies is an asset.
