Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Kohltech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our dealers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and drive sales growth. Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment will be essential in fostering relationships with our territory sales teams and supporting our market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer tailored product solutions to dealers and potential clients, aligning our offerings with their long-term goals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, promoting the Quality and Service of the Kohltech brand to maximize revenue potential.
- Maintain a high level of service to our existing customer base, driving revenue returns and growth.
- Deliver quotations for products to dealers/customers in a timely manner, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving product lines, providing expert knowledge to support customer needs.
- Proactively resolve customer-related issues and provide professional support for all inquiries.
- Collaborate daily with Production, Scheduling, Shipping, and R&D Departments to meet company objectives and customer needs.
- Perform other duties as required to support our network of companies.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or a combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.
- A minimum of one year's experience interacting with others in a professional (B2B) setting and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment without supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on customer needs.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products are required.
- Exposure or experience with carpentry and/or building supplies is considered an asset.
