Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at KUKA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company's customer service offerings to new and existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Effectively present our customer service products and services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and developing long-term business relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Quote and Order Management: Generate accurate and technically correct quotations, ensuring customers are informed of service rates, part prices, and service product offerings.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer service initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of customer service principles, prior experience using Salesforce, SAP or similar CRM and ERP software, and strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and manuals, customer RFQs, and governmental regulations.
