Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This is a HYBRID role that offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward for a skilled and articulate individual. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business development through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and send written business correspondence
  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls
  • Facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Requirements:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer software programs and office equipment
  • Solid understanding of CRM
  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Customer service and office administrative skills
  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment
