Position Overview

Join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP as a Logistics and Transportation Coordinator. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment in the logistics sector.

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment

The role is based in an urban area, primarily within a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from clients.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Track and finalize work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Organize and manage warehouse and work areas effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production teams.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Possess knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in dispatch management service software.
  • Experience with database software.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is required.
