About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve work objectives, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work Order Tracking: Monitor and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and logs of work activities.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, Warehouse.
