About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Manager to join our team at Olympia Transportation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Revenue Management: Establish and monitor transportation service rates, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with market conditions.
  • Cargo Management: Record and track cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Trucking company.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgment, reliability, and team player.
