Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager

About the Role
The FSB GROUP LTD. is seeking a well-established and experienced Commercial Administrative Team Lead to help guide our clients and advance our team. As a subject matter expert, you will be accountable for achieving the required business results through effective process, workflow, and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that the quality of service meets expected standards and examine the customer experience to implement tools and programs to enhance it.
- Analyze and resolve service and sales issues that may arise and follow up on escalated situations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years with people management.
- Must have a RIBO license in good standing.
- Leadership and management experience within an insurance brokerage.
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, written, oral, and presentation skills.
