Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SYLVAN LAKE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
