We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the Union Club Of British Columbia. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
