About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Lakes Restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and entrees, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food and kitchen areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment
