About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business results
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve individual goals
  • Collaborate with the store management team to implement visual merchandising and store operations standards
