Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at MK Westcoast Floors Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in planning and organizing daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, counting inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive store image.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist with marketing and sales initiatives, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing promotions, and analyzing sales data.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making recommendations for cost savings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
