About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our team at DGA Careers. As an Account Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with a proven track record of business development and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services, including construction, condo/realty, environment, and real estate trust insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
