About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Running Man Grocery Mart. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maintain a well-stocked sales floor.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team productivity.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
What We Offer
