  • Customer Service

    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Team Management
    • Hire and train new food service staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and high-quality food.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to train and develop staff.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced food service environment.
