Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and visual merchandising.

Sales Team Leadership

Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

Customer Service

Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 35 hours per week.
