Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at 5centsCDN Inc. as a key member of our technical support group.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Analyst will provide technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support technical support efforts.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve customer experience and reduce support requests.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university certificate or diploma an asset.
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of technical support analysts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
