About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at TOP TO BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION LTD. as an Exterior and Interior Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces remain in good condition.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan work schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, advising clients on colours and choice of wall coverings, and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including on-site customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Experience with airless spray equipment, brush painting, conventional spray painting, patterned rollers, and roller painting.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, with flexibility to travel to various locations.
