We are a reputable company specializing in interior and exterior renovations, seeking a skilled Painter to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Painter to work on various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, maintaining the integrity of the work.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Customer Service: Advise customers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
Our Painter will work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting or a related field.
- Physical Abilities: Hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, and physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
