We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at TOP TO BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION LTD. as an Exterior and Interior Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Wall Covering: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, taking into account design and color schemes.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.
  • Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the painting industry or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in various locations, with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Proficiency in using airless spray equipment, brush painting, conventional spray painting, patterned rollers, and roller painting.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to work in a bondable environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required for on-site customer service.
Working Conditions
