About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Balkan Painting and Renovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Finishing: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Colour Consultation: Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and finishing, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours.
