Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at SMART SUPER MART LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Agent at SMART SUPER MART LTD, you will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
