About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at SMART SUPER MART LTD. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and promote our products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as billing, refunds, and record-keeping.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at SMART SUPER MART LTD, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre and be willing to relocate.
