  • Process customer transactions, including payments, claims, and repairs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient repair of vehicles, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
