- Work collaboratively with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient repair of vehicles, meeting customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
